Grain Management Acquires Conexão Group from ACON Investments

Grain Management, a U.S.-based private investment firm focused on broadband infrastructure, has acquired Conexão Group, a fast-growing Brazilian broadband provider that serves more than 450,000 residential subscribers and over 20,000 business customers across six states. The transaction represents an exit for ACON Investments (affiliates of ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund IV); terms were not disclosed.
