The transaction represents an exit for ACON Investments (affiliates of ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund IV); terms were not disclosed.

The devensys business will operate as inherent group's cybersecurity division (under the devensys cybersecurity name) and is supported by a team of more than 100 cybersecurity experts to deliver offensive and defensive services including SOC, CERT/VOC, penetration testing, incident response, training and audits.
