The deal combines Outside's large audience and event/advertising network with Inntopia's booking technology to create an integrated adventure travel booking and insights platform; terms were not disclosed.

Inpixon Acquires Controlling Interest in Game Your Game (Game Golf)

Inpixon (Nasdaq: INPX) agreed to acquire a controlling interest in Game Your Game Inc. (Game / Game Golf), an app-based sports performance analytics company focused on golf that combines IoT sensors, mapping and analytics. Richard "Rick" Clemmer, former NXP CEO, was named an advisor to Inpixon and is a co-investor in Game; the deal is subject to a Stock Purchase Agreement and customary closing conditions.
