OMP, an Oslo-based alternative investment fund manager focused on maritime and energy assets, will continue to manage its portfolio while gaining access to Blue Ocean’s capital and global platform to expand activities in Norway.

Global Partners LP Acquires 25 Liquid Energy Terminals from Motiva Enterprises

Global Partners LP completed the acquisition of 25 liquid energy terminals from Motiva Enterprises LLC for $305.8 million in cash, supported by a 25-year take-or-pay throughput agreement with Motiva. The purchase nearly doubles Global's U.S. terminal footprint, expanding access to marine loading facilities and major refined-product pipelines to strengthen its supply, storage and retail network.

Maritime Partners Acquires M/G Transport from Auxo Investment Partners

M/G, a longtime provider of inland barge transportation on the Lower Mississippi River and West Canal to Houston, will continue to operate under its brand with existing management; terms were not disclosed.

Infracapital Acquires BCTN from Alinda Capital Partners

EQT Private Equity and Mubadala to Acquire Envirotainer from Cinven and Novo Holdings

EQT Private Equity and Mubadala Investment Company have agreed to acquire Envirotainer, the Stockholm-based global provider of temperature-controlled air cargo containers and cold chain solutions for biopharmaceuticals, from Cinven and Novo Holdings for an enterprise value of approximately €2.8 billion. The new owners plan to accelerate geographic expansion (notably in APAC), scale CryoSure and the Releye platform, and invest in technology, digitalization and sustainability; current shareholders may reinvest as minority holders.

TerraVest Industries Acquires EnTrans International

TerraVest Industries Inc. has acquired EnTrans International, a North American manufacturer of tank trailers and specialty transportation equipment, for US$546 million plus up to US$46 million in contingent earn-out. The acquisition adds manufacturing capacity and complementary product lines (Heil, Polar, Kalyn Siebert, Jarco) across the United States, Mexico and Thailand and is intended to expand TerraVest's capabilities, cross-selling opportunities and geographic diversification.
