Archer has acquired Atlas — a workflow, content governance and collaboration capability previously part of numo llc (a PNC subsidiary) — to expand its Policy Program Management and Regulatory/Corporate Compliance offerings. The Atlas capabilities will be integrated into Archer Document Governance to improve policy and document creation, publication, review workflows, version control and auditability for enterprise customers.
