Jim Estill Acquires Arctic Snowplows

Canadian entrepreneur Jim Estill, owner of Danby Appliances, has purchased Arctic Snowplows, a 55-year-old Canadian manufacturer of plows, plow partners and spreaders. Arctic will remain a standalone company within the Estill corporate structure, retain its brand, management and Ontario and Quebec locations, and incoming president Mike Schulz will oversee day-to-day operations.
