Syntax Acquires Illumiti

Syntax, a Novacap-backed multi-cloud and multi-ERP managed cloud provider, has acquired Illumiti, a Toronto-based SAP systems integration and management consultancy. The add-on expands Syntax's functional SAP capabilities in North America by adding more than 250 SAP professionals and broadening its SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Business ByDesign offerings.
