Centerbridge and Bridgeport Acquire Computer Services, Inc. for $1.6 Billion

Private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Bridgeport Partners completed an all-cash $1.6 billion acquisition of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), taking the company private at $58.00 per share and causing its common stock to cease trading on the OTCQX.
