NewSpring intends to use Bridge Core as the foundation of a buy-and-build platform, supporting disciplined M&A and organic growth to create a full‑spectrum, technology‑enabled intelligence company.

Bridge Core Federal, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, has acquired teKnoluxion, a provider of hybrid cloud engineering, systems engineering and data analytics for the U.S. Defense and Intelligence Communities. The deal strengthens Bridge Core's cloud, DevSecOps and analytic capabilities as it integrates teKnoluxion's technical team into its mission-oriented intelligence platform.

IntelliBridge Acquires Alethix LLC

McLean-based IntelliBridge Inc. has acquired Fairfax-based Alethix LLC in a deal that was not disclosed publicly. The acquisition doubles IntelliBridge's workforce to roughly 600 employees and expands its enterprise systems engineering, DevSecOps and cloud modernization capabilities for federal clients. IntelliBridge is a platform backed by private equity firm Enlightenment Capital.

(GSI), a provider of distribution design and vegetation management software for the power and utility industry. The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.

BYJU'S Acquires GeoGebra

Both companies are backed by Enlightenment Capital; the combination expands Agile Defense’s capabilities in data analytics, cyber, and AI and doubles the organization to more than 2,000 employees, while Agile Defense also announced a strategic partnership with Second Front Systems to accelerate AI-enabled DevSecOps delivery.
