Nativo, a content technology platform for brand advertising, has acquired SimpleReach, a content measurement and analytics platform used by advertisers, agencies and publishers. The acquisition combines Nativo's distribution and native ad capabilities with SimpleReach's measurement tools to give brands better measurement and actionable insights for content marketing.
