Turner Publishing Company acquired the assets of Prospect Park Books (Altadena, California), including more than 100 existing titles, approximately 11 in-process titles, inventory, imprints and related intellectual property, effective January 31, 2021. Turner will continue to publish under the Prospect Park Books and Tiger Van imprints and move distribution to Ingram Publisher Services; terms were not disclosed.
