Ardian Acquires Audiotonix from Astorg

Ardian has agreed to acquire UK-headquartered Audiotonix, a designer and manufacturer of professional audio mixing consoles, from private equity firm Astorg. Management and Astorg will reinvest in the business; the deal (c. 550 employees) is expected to close in Q1 2020 and will support expansion of Audiotonix's brands and product portfolio.
