LANDR Audio acquired Audiu.net, a London-based music collaboration and education platform, and has integrated parts of Audiu's technology into LANDR's product suite to accelerate digital collaboration features. The acquisition was funded in part from LANDR's Series B proceeds and is intended to expand LANDR's capabilities to serve musicians across creation, collaboration and distribution.
