PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has acquired Momentum Commerce, a retail media and marketplace intelligence firm, and will fully integrate Momentum into the PMG brand. The deal adds Momentum’s 45-person team and its Velocity platform—tracking millions of products and brands—strengthening PMG’s commerce capability to help enterprise brands drive growth across retail and marketplace channels.

PMG Acquires Digital Voices

PMG has acquired London- and New York-based influencer marketing agency Digital Voices to expand its global influencer and creator marketing capabilities. Digital Voices—whose team of about 70 employees operates across London, New York and Costa Rica—will bring proprietary tools (Chord and Composer) and creator-led services that will be integrated into PMG’s Alli operating system to strengthen PMG’s full-funnel marketing offering.

EagleTree Capital Acquires MMGY Global

Investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital, with co-investors including the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and Northwestern Mutual, have acquired MMGY Global from Peninsula Capital Partners LLC and other shareholders. MMGY Global’s management team will remain in place under CEO Katie Briscoe as the company pursues a global growth strategy; the firm has more than 600 employees across 14 offices.
