FranConnect has acquired RizePoint, a Salt Lake City–based provider of quality management systems (QMS) and mobile auditing technology for multi-location restaurant, retail, and hospitality brands. The deal adds advanced QMS capabilities to FranConnect’s franchise and multi-location operations platform; RizePoint was backed by Access Holdings and FranConnect is backed by Serent Capital.
