FranConnect, a Herndon, Virginia–based franchise management software provider backed by Serent Capital, has acquired FranchiseBlast (LavaBlast Software) to integrate field-management capabilities into its enterprise franchise platform. FranchiseBlast, a Gatineau, Quebec–based provider of field audits and franchisee self-assessments serving 100+ franchise brands, will expand FranConnect’s operational management and unit-level visibility features.

Rizing, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has acquired attune Consulting, an SAP S/4HANA partner focused on the fashion and lifestyle industries. The deal expands Rizing's global SAP S/4HANA cloud portfolio and consumer industries capabilities — adding attune's ~500 employees, industry-specific accelerators and expanded coverage across fashion, retail, wholesale and e-commerce markets.

HungerRush Acquires Menufy

HungerRush, a Capstreet-backed cloud POS and restaurant technology provider, acquired Menufy, a Kansas-City-based online ordering and marketplace platform. The deal integrates Menufy’s fast-scaling ordering network (supporting more than 12,000 restaurants) into HungerRush’s cloud POS and broader restaurant technology suite to expand capabilities and accelerate market reach across the U.S.

Planview Acquires Clarizen and Changepoint

Planview, a PE-backed provider of portfolio and work management software, agreed to acquire enterprise PPM providers Clarizen and Changepoint to expand its strategy-to-delivery platform. The deals (terms not disclosed) bring Clarizen and Changepoint into Planview as distinct business units; K1 Investment Management agreed to sell Clarizen while K1 will retain a minority stake in the combined company.

Inspect Point Acquires FormLink Systems

Francisco Partners to Acquire Forcepoint from Raytheon Technologies

Francisco Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Forcepoint from Raytheon Technologies in a carve-out transaction. The private equity firm said it will partner with Forcepoint management to invest in the company's cloud-native security portfolio and operate Forcepoint as an independent company; the deal is financed in part by debt from Credit Suisse and remains subject to regulatory review.
