ChargePoint Technology (Arcline) Acquires Terracon Corporation

ChargePoint Technology Ltd., a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Terracon Corporation, a Franklin, Massachusetts-based manufacturer of single-use liquid mixing, transfer, and storage products for the biopharma and life science markets. The acquisition adds Terracon’s ISO 9001-certified single-use liquid handling and containment capabilities to ChargePoint’s pharma-focused transfer technologies as an add-on to the ChargePoint platform.
