Trivest Partners & LP First Capital Form OpenRoad and Acquire Four Collision Repair Shops

Trivest Partners and LP First Capital announced the formation of OpenRoad, a family of collision repair center brands, alongside the acquisitions of four collision repair shops: Car Crafters (Albuquerque, NM), Drury and Moss Body Shop (Amarillo, TX), 1st Choice Collision (Houston, TX), and Helotes Collision (Helotes, TX). The platform (OpenRoad) now operates multiple locations across the Southwest and will be led by CEO Tom Csekme; founders/managers of acquired shops (including Jim and Sean Guthrie of Car Crafters) are expected to remain in leadership roles.
