Trace3 Acquires Zivaro

American Securities Acquires Trace3 from H.I.G. Capital

Trace3 is an Irvine, California–based IT solutions and managed services provider serving over 2,500 commercial and enterprise clients; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal remains subject to customary closing conditions.
