Rhône Acquires Invacare Europe and Direct Healthcare Group to Create DHCare

Rhône has completed acquisitions of Invacare Holdings S.ar.l. (Invacare Europe & APAC) and Direct Healthcare Group (DHG) through vehicles held by its Fund VI and combined the businesses to form DHCare, a London‑headquartered medical device platform. The transaction closed January 30, 2026; ARCHIMED will retain a minority stake in the newly formed company, which expands the combined product portfolio across mobility, seating, pressure‑care, patient handling and rental/services.

Direct Healthcare Group Acquires United Care BV

UK-based Direct Healthcare Group (DHG), backed and financed by healthcare private equity firm ARCHIMED (MED Platform I), has acquired Netherlands-headquartered United Care BV. The deal is DHG's sixth add-on in 12 months and, together with a recent Talley Group purchase, will boost DHG's revenues by more than €30 million to over €100 million; the acquisition was financed with a mix of debt and equity.
