Direct Healthcare Group Acquires United Care BV

UK-based Direct Healthcare Group (DHG), backed and financed by healthcare private equity firm ARCHIMED (MED Platform I), has acquired Netherlands-headquartered United Care BV. The deal is DHG's sixth add-on in 12 months and, together with a recent Talley Group purchase, will boost DHG's revenues by more than €30 million to over €100 million; the acquisition was financed with a mix of debt and equity.

ARCHIMED Acquires Groupe Laboratoire Rivadis

ARCHIMED, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has acquired Groupe Laboratoire Rivadis, a French developer and manufacturer of dermo-cosmetics and hygiene products (brands include Rivadouce, Milton and Auriège). The seller, majority shareholder Christian Lainé, is reinvesting a meaningful portion of proceeds; ARCHIMED plans to support Rivadis' growth and strengthen its position in the consumer health / dermo-cosmetics market.

MIGA Holdings Acquires Invacare's North American Business

Horus Pharma Acquires Significant Stake in Inocare Pharm

Henry Schein, Inc. acquired Regional Health Care Group Pty Ltd (RHCG), a Sydney‑headquartered medical products distributor serving Australia and New Zealand, from owners Maurie and Bernard Stang. RHCG had trailing‑12‑month sales of approximately $42 million; the deal expands Henry Schein's ANZ footprint from dental into medical products and is expected to be EPS‑neutral in 2023 excluding amortization and accretive thereafter.
