Horus Pharma Acquires Significant Stake in Inocare Pharm

Horus Pharma has purchased a significant participation in Inocare Pharm, a Bucharest-based company that commercializes ophthalmic medical devices, diagnostic instruments and dietary supplements. The investment — Horus Pharma's first outside France — is intended to expand Horus's presence into Romania, the Balkans and CIS markets while strengthening Inocare Pharm's product portfolio and market position.
