The deal expands Northstar's service offerings and national footprint to better serve multi-facility manufacturers and distributors and advance landfill diversion and sustainability initiatives.

WTS, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Lewiston, New York, will join Northstar's platform (PE-backed after a 2021 recapitalization led by Ridgemont Equity Partners) to deliver broader recycling, reuse and reclamation solutions across specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, high-technology and industrial end markets.
