Groupe Acrotec Acquires Diener (Diener Precision Pumps) and Tectri SA

Groupe Acrotec (Acrotec SA), a Swiss precision-manufacturing group, has agreed to acquire privately-held Diener Ltd. (including Diener Precision Pumps / Diener AG) and Tectri SA. The transactions, expected to close in Q4 2019, expand Acrotec’s Medtech capabilities and are expected to add roughly CHF 60 million of sales to the group.

Innotec’s ~75 employees serve medical, optics, high-tech systems and semiconductor customers; the acquisition expands Andra Tech Group’s German footprint and capabilities and is supported by funds managed by Castik Capital, which acquired a majority stake in Andra Tech Group in September 2024.

Lectra to Acquire Gerber Technology

Lectra entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire all capital and voting rights of US-based Gerber Technology, subject to work council consultation, merger control clearance and shareholder approval. The proposed deal envisages an upfront cash-free / debt-free payment of €175 million plus 5 million newly issued Lectra shares to AIPCF VI LG (an affiliate of American Industrial Partners), representing a total consideration of about €300 million based on Lectra's Feb 5, 2021 share price; Gerber reported €165 million of revenue in 2020.
