Heckler & Koch (H&K AG) Acquires Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH

H&K AG (Heckler & Koch) has acquired all shares in Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH of Oberndorf am Neckar from the Chrom-Müller Besitz GbR and the Stark and Müller-Stark families for a high single-digit million euro purchase price. The acquisition secures in-house chrome-plating expertise for weapon barrels and allows H&K to diversify those capabilities into civil markets such as automotive, mechanical engineering and aerospace. Further transaction details were agreed to be kept confidential.

Titomic Acquires Tri-D Dynamics

Titomic Limited's wholly owned subsidiary Titomic USA, Inc completed the acquisition of the business of Tri-D Dynamics Inc on 9 July 2021. The deal brings Tri-D's Silicon Valley design and smart-pipe manufacturing capabilities into Titomic to accelerate commercialisation of digitally embedded metal infrastructure and support Titomic's defence, aerospace and oil & gas initiatives in North America.

Orano NPS Acquires Daher's Nuclear Activities (DNT and TLI)

Orano Nuclear Packages and Services (Orano NPS), a subsidiary of Orano, has acquired Daher group's German nuclear business Daher Nuclear Technologies GmbH (DNT) and its U.S. subsidiary TLI Inc. The deal (previously agreed in March 2021) expands Orano NPS's packaging engineering and transport capabilities and extends its geographic footprint in Germany and the United States.

Sihl Group Acquires Dietzgen Corporation

Calibre Scientific Acquires MoBiTec GmbH

Heritage Environmental Services Acquires EBV Explosives Environmental Company from General Dynamics

Heritage Environmental Services, an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of EBV Explosives Environmental Company, Inc. from General Dynamics. The purchase adds EBV's 55-acre demilitarization and energetic waste disposal facility near Joplin, Missouri — including incineration and thermal treatment assets — to Heritage's network, expanding its explosives demilitarization and incineration capabilities.
