Flagship Facility Services has acquired Biotechnical Services, Inc. (BTS), a San Diego-based independent laboratory services company that provides equipment repair, calibration, and maintenance to biotech clients. BTS will join Flagship Lab Services to expand Flagship's biotech/lab services capabilities and offer enhanced equipment support and asset management to clients nationwide.

Labcorp Acquires Toxikon Corporation

Labcorp has acquired Toxikon Corporation, a Bedford, Massachusetts-based contract research organization that provides nonclinical in vivo and in vitro testing for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. The acquisition expands Labcorp Drug Development's nonclinical testing capabilities and creates a strategic Boston-area footprint; Toxikon reported approximately $40 million in annual revenue and the deal closed in December 2021.

Discovery Life Sciences Acquires ReachBio Research Labs

The acquisition adds a GLP-compliant 5,000 sq. ft. facility and expands L2P's preclinical capabilities for pharma, biotech and academic customers.
