Bain Capital Makes Strategic Growth Investment in ARCOS LLC

ARCOS LLC, a Columbus-based provider of AI-enabled field workforce management software for utilities and critical infrastructure, received a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital. The investment — made alongside existing investor Vista Equity Partners — will fund product innovation, scale operations, and support inorganic growth; terms were not disclosed.

Vista Equity Partners to Acquire ARCOS from The Riverside Company

Vista Equity Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ARCOS, a market leader in resource management SaaS used by utilities, airlines and other critical infrastructure operators, from The Riverside Company. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter, after which Vista will take ownership of the Columbus, Ohio–based software platform that Riverside had expanded through add-ons such as SAMsix and RosterApps.
