Zetron Acquires GeoConex Corporation

Zetron has acquired GeoConex Corporation, a developer and integrator of public safety and homeland security communications systems, making GeoConex a wholly owned division. The acquisition, disclosed by Zetron's parent Codan Limited on the ASX, expands Zetron's computer-aided dispatch, integration, development and support capabilities across mission-critical communications and homeland security markets.
