Concentric Equity Partners (CEP) has made a growth investment in ENTECH Global Solutions, a Metro Manila–headquartered provider of pest management, professional cleaning, and environmental services in the Philippines. ENTECH, which employs more than 250 people, will use CEP's capital and network to support its multi-year strategy to expand regionally and evolve into a multinational integrated facilities services platform.

PestCo Holdings Acquires Bio‑Tech Pest Control

PestCo Holdings, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired the assets of Bio‑Tech Pest Control, a Spring, Texas‑based provider of residential and commercial pest control services. The add‑on expands PestCo's presence in the Houston metropolitan market; terms were not disclosed. The sellers are owners Pierre Riettini and Jason Pitman.

EIS Holdings Acquires Environmental Technology, Inc.

EIS Holdings, LLC (EIS) has acquired Environmental Technology, Inc. (EN TECH), a Phoenix-based environmental consulting and remediation firm. The acquisition expands EIS's remediation and environmental services footprint into Arizona and the broader southwestern U.S., adding EN TECH's capabilities in UST services, hydrogeological studies, PFAS work, and remediation.

CERTUS Pest Acquires EcoGen Pest Control

CERTUS Pest has acquired EcoGen Pest Control, a Las Vegas-based pest control company, strengthening CERTUS' presence in the Southern Nevada market where it already operates brands such as Evolve Pest Control and Las Vegas Pest Control. EcoGen’s brand and local leadership and staff will remain in place, and the deal provides customers access to a broader range of services; The Potomac Company acted as exclusive financial advisor to EcoGen during the transaction.

Entech Acquires IT Solutions (ITS) Group

Entech, a Fort Myers-based managed technology and cybersecurity provider, has completed the acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group of Bradenton. The deal expands Entech's Florida footprint (including Orlando) and enables founders Gary and Mary Hebert to step away while integrating ITS's team into the combined organization of roughly 90 employees serving 300+ businesses.
