Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH), also operating as Uprise Health, has acquired Claremont EAP, a Bay Area–based provider of employee assistance programs headquartered in Alameda, California. The acquisition expands IBH’s EAP and managed behavioral health capabilities on the West Coast and adds Claremont’s ~140,000-member EAP book to IBH’s nationwide population health platform.
