Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) acquired Uprise, a digital mental health platform that delivers self-guided CBT, live coaching, and in-person therapy, to strengthen IBH’s digital and population health capabilities. The acquisition integrates Uprise’s digital EAP and data-driven tools into IBH’s existing suite (including its recent HMC HealthWorks purchase), expanding IBH’s ability to deliver personalized, scalable behavioral health services to its members.

Summit BHC Acquires Seven Psychiatric Hospitals from Strategic Behavioral Health
