FitLab Inc. completed a Series A and announced acquisitions of Fitplan and Ragnar (with Electric included in the announced brand set) to build an integrated hybrid fitness platform combining at-home training, connected studios and mass-participation events. The transactions bolster FitLab’s content, digital training capabilities and event portfolio as it scales studio openings and global expansion plans.
