Xponential Fitness, Inc. acquired Australia-based fitness franchisor Body Fit Training (BFT) for $44 million in a mix of cash and debt. Xponential acquired BFT's intellectual property, will support nearly 130 open franchised studios (and ~150 obligated to open) across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore while expanding the brand into the United States and Canada; BFT's co-CEOs will remain as master franchisors in APAC.

iFIT Acquires Sweat, the Women's Digital Fitness App

Sweat will remain a standalone brand and continue to be led by its co-founders as iFIT looks to expand its subscription content, international reach and women's-focused fitness offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.

Amynta Group Acquires iFIT's Extended Warranty Operations (UTS)

Amynta Group has acquired the extended warranty operations of iFIT Health & Fitness Inc., operated through its wholly owned subsidiary Universal Technical Services (UTS). The deal creates a long-term strategic partnership to deliver warranty protection and maintenance plans for iFIT brands (including NordicTrack, ProForm and FreeMotion) while allowing iFIT to focus on fitness technology and member content.

LifeFit Group Acquires FIT/One Group

LifeFit Group has agreed to acquire FIT/One Group, adding 45 studios (33 in Germany and 12 in Austria) and roughly 220,000 members to its portfolio. The deal — between two companies within Waterland's portfolio — is an add-on consolidation to strengthen LifeFit's position in the DACH region and support international expansion into Austria; completion is subject to regulatory approvals and financing.

OT Growth Partners Acquires FIT Enterprise (Orangetheory Fitness Iowa Area Developer)
