Southeastern Printing, a Florida-based provider of integrated print, fulfillment, and promotional solutions, has acquired Sunbelt (including Sunbelt Graphics and Sunbelt Dimensional) to add dimensional print, structural design, and specialty packaging capabilities. The move expands Southeastern's end-to-end offering for brand campaigns, kitting, fulfillment and digital storefront services across retail, healthcare and other enterprise customers.

Spicers Canada (Central National Gottesman) Acquires All Graphic Supplies

Minuteman Press (Puyallup) Acquires Advantage Graphics

Aaron Kruger, owner of the Minuteman Press franchise in Puyallup, Washington, acquired 25-year printing business Advantage Graphics from John and Joyce Lee, with the deal completed January 11, 2023. The acquisition expands the Minuteman Press center's client base and in-house capabilities (wide-format printing and mailings), and is expected to nearly double sales.

Graphic Village Acquires Advance Printing Company

Graphic Village Acquires T-Max Graphics

Graphic Village has acquired T-Max Graphics, a Muncie, Indiana-based wide-format printing and signage company with about 20 employees. The deal, completed by Graphic Village (whose parent is Revitalize Capital), expands Graphic Village's large-format printing capabilities, adds a Midwest location in Indiana and broadens its presence in the restaurant end market.
