The deal expands Kelly Spicers' industrial and retail packaging footprint in Northern California and brings Cal Supply North's customized packaging capabilities for food & beverage, medical devices, electronics and apparel into the CNG family.

(CNG) — through its Lindenmeyr Munroe and Kelly Spicers distribution organizations — has acquired Lewis Paper International, a family-owned distributor of paper, packaging and wide-format products headquartered in Addison, Illinois. The transaction transfers six Lewis Paper facilities across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Colorado to Lindenmeyr Munroe (Midwest) and Kelly Spicers (West) to boost regional inventory, service and geographic coverage.
