(DC), a Montreal-based seamless apparel manufacturer selling under the Climawear brand and private labels to Canadian and US retailers. The add-on transaction strengthens Spencer's position in intimate apparel, brings seamless manufacturing expertise and eco-friendly fabrics, and diversifies its North American customer base.
