Kensington Capital Partners Invests in Minus Global

Kensington Capital Partners completed a CAD 4.5 million strategic growth investment in Toronto-based Minus Global to accelerate deployment of its ORCA Digester food-waste recycling technology. The investment will help Minus Global expand its market reach in Canada; Tom Kennedy of Kensington joined Minus Global’s board as part of the transaction.
