Mill Point Capital has partnered with Cancos Tile Corporation, a leading regional distributor, retailer and fabricator of luxury tile and natural stone headquartered in Farmingville, New York. Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; members of the Valva family will remain with the business and invest alongside Mill Point to support continued growth of Cancos's distribution and showroom platform.
