DEAS Group Acquires Aberdeen Standard Investments' Nordic Real Estate Business

DEAS Group, via its DEAS Asset Management A/S subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of the Nordic real estate business of Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI), taking over management of a 131-property portfolio across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The deal brings approximately €2.5bn AUM of direct properties and €1.8bn of Nordic assets under management to DEAS and establishes local teams across the Nordic region to serve investors.
