Edlio, a K-12 technology provider based in Glendale, California, has acquired SchoolInfo (SchoolInfoApp), a Ruston, Louisiana-based creator of mobile apps for K-12 schools and districts. The deal adds SchoolInfo's branded mobile app (Edlio Access) to Edlio's product suite to expand mobile communications and consolidate digital tools for school customers.

PowerSchool Acquires Chalkable
