Xalles Holdings Inc. (via its technology subsidiary Xalles Technology Inc.) will acquire AIgrowthHUB Inc. in a share exchange, making AIgrowthHUB a wholly owned subsidiary. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, AIgrowthHUB provides AI-driven customer acquisition and digital customer experience solutions and is expected to contribute about $7 million in revenue over the next 12 months.

CUBE Acquires The Hub to Extend ARI Technology

CUBE, a London-based RegTech provider, has acquired The Hub, an AI-driven web data capture and monitoring firm, to extend CUBE's Automated Regulatory Intelligence (ARI) capabilities and integrate The Hub's technology into its RegPlatform. The deal follows CUBE's recent strategic growth investment from Bregal Milestone and is intended as an add-on to expand CUBE's technology edge and market reach across regulated industries.

IBM Acquires Seek AI
