Synechron Acquires RapDev, Calitii and Waivgen to Build Global ServiceNow Practice

Synechron has acquired ServiceNow specialists RapDev, Calitii and Waivgen and combined them into a new global ServiceNow business, creating what it says is the largest financial‑services‑focused ServiceNow practice worldwide. The acquisitions expand Synechron’s ServiceNow, Appian and Datadog capabilities and bring additional AI-driven automation and agent libraries to accelerate clients’ workflow and AI transformation initiatives.
