Naviga Inc. has acquired Abacus, a United Kingdom–headquartered SaaS provider of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Digital Experience Platform (DXP). The acquisition expands Naviga's digital subscription, audience insight and engagement capabilities and broadens its footprint across Europe by integrating Abacus's CDP/DXP with Naviga's Content Engagement Platform.

Naviga Acquires RSG Media

Naviga Inc. has acquired RSG Media, a New York City–headquartered media-tech supplier, to integrate RSG’s rights management, audience growth, analytics and advertising optimization capabilities into Naviga’s Content Engagement Platform. NowCerts Acquires 20 Miles Inc

NowCerts, an Austin-based provider of agency management software, has acquired 20 Miles Inc, an insurance-vertical CRM and workflow automation provider. The deal will fold 20 Miles' team and technology into NowCerts' Momentum platform (including a new Fusion Automation Center product) and names 20 Miles CEO Khuram Hussain as NowCerts' Chief Strategy Officer to drive integrated AI and RPA capabilities for insurance agencies.

Accenture Acquires Navisite

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Navisite, a cloud-focused digital transformation and managed services provider, from Madison Dearborn Partners. The deal adds approximately 1,500 people and strengthens Accenture's application and infrastructure managed services and cloud engineering capabilities to help clients accelerate cloud transformations.

PMA Financial Acquires Miles Capital

PMA Financial Network has reached a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Miles Capital, Inc. from Chairman David Miles and other employee owners and investors. Miles Capital is an independent, SEC-registered investment adviser managing approximately $1.7 billion in AUM; the deal was expected to close in Q1 2020 and terms were not disclosed.

Accel-KKR Acquires Navis from Cargotec

Accel-KKR, a Menlo Park-based technology-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Navis LLC from Cargotec. The deal transfers Navis' full software portfolio and employees to Accel-KKR and is intended to accelerate Navis' SaaS and digitalization strategy while supporting strategic M&A and expansion into inland and other supply-chain solutions.
