Patrick Industries, Inc. has acquired ICON Direct, Inc., which operates as RecPro.com, an e-commerce aftermarket platform focused on RV and marine parts. RecPro is expected to generate approximately $80 million in 2024 revenue and will continue to operate under its existing brand and facilities; the deal expands Patrick's aftermarket e-commerce capabilities and is expected to be accretive to net income per share.

LLR Partners and Parthenon Capital completed a growth-oriented recapitalization of DaySmart Software, acquiring the Ann Arbor-based provider of vertically-focused business management software for salons, pet care, spas and tattoo studios from SFW Capital Partners. The recapitalization is intended to fund product investment, accelerate organic growth and enable complementary acquisitions while DaySmart remains led by CEO Jeff Dickerson.

Roper Technologies Acquires Procare Solutions from Warburg Pincus and TA Associates

Roper Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Procare Solutions, a leading provider of child care center management software and integrated payments, from Warburg Pincus and TA Associates for an enterprise value of $1.86 billion. The acquisition expands Roper's portfolio of vertical software businesses and is expected to close in Q1 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.

DaySmart Software Acquires Dash Platform

DaySmart Software has acquired Dash Platform, a Bellevue/Seattle-based provider of sports facility and recreation management SaaS, to expand its vertically-tailored business management and payments solutions into sports, parks and recreation, and fitness markets. Dash Platform serves more than 425 locations across the U.S. and Canada and its Dash Member mobile app is used by millions; DaySmart said the acquisition will accelerate product development and customer success for these new verticals.
