Clubessential Holdings, a provider of membership management and embedded payment SaaS, has acquired RecDesk, a Middletown, Connecticut–based provider of cloud-based recreation management software. RecDesk will join Clubessential's parks & recreation vertical alongside Vermont Systems and CampBrain to broaden the company's offerings for municipalities, schools, community centers, and similar organizations.
