(SMI), a leading North American glass recycler with 42 plants across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions, brings Momentive (a global silicones and specialty materials manufacturer headquartered in Niskayuna, New York) under 100% KCC ownership to support expanded collaboration and capability growth.

Hahn & Co. Acquires SKC's Fine Ceramics Business (Solmics)
