The acquisition expands Avionos’ paid/earned media and measurement capabilities to better support client acquisition and loyalty efforts; financial terms were not disclosed.

A21 (Agency 21) Acquires Art Market Productions

Miami-based experiential marketing and event agency A21 (formerly Agency 21) has acquired New York–based creative events firm Art Market Productions and merged the businesses under the A21 brand. The acquisition expands A21’s capabilities beyond culinary festivals into art fairs and experiential art events, adding in-house production and a roster of prominent art fairs to its portfolio.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.

ATL Partners Makes Majority Investment in Aero Accessories

JANUS Research Group Acquires Atmospheric and Environmental Research (AER) from Verisk

Davidson for Verisk) brings AER's remote-sensing, climate, oceanography and space-weather capabilities into JANUS to broaden mission-focused science, analytics and AI/ML offerings for federal, defense and commercial customers.
