Atairos Invests in V Sports, Owner of Aston Villa

Atairos has agreed to invest as a minority partner in V Sports S.C.S., the holding company controlled by Nassef Sawiris and Wesley Edens that owns Aston Villa FC. The capital will be used to fund growth and infrastructure investments across AVFC and the broader V Sports network; V Sports will remain 100% owner of Aston Villa post-closing and retain control of club decisions.
