Congruex, a PE-backed telecom engineering and construction platform, has acquired Southeast Utilities of Georgia (SEU), a self-perform fiber and telecom construction contractor headquartered in Augusta, Georgia. The add-on expands Congruex's broadband construction footprint across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee and is supported by Crestview Partners, Congruex's private equity sponsor.
