Ovivo Inc. Acquires Wastech Systems (Wastech Controls & Engineering)

Ovivo Inc. has acquired Wastech Controls & Engineering (now Wastech Systems LLC), a Chatsworth, California-based process system integrator that designs and manufactures turnkey industrial wastewater treatment systems. The deal brings Wastech’s engineering, manufacturing and automation capabilities into Ovivo’s global water and wastewater platform to bolster its North American systems offering and create cross-selling opportunities in end markets such as biopharma, food & beverage and microelectronics.
